Help the most vulnerable in our communities

Even though we focus on building communities, we know that communities exist out of many different types of people. Some can actively help en work to make the community thrive. Others are unfortunately in a more vulnerable position, because of poor health and/or disabilities.

Together we can help also these people who all have an amazing story to tell.
